Hallucinogen persisting perception disorder (HPPD) occurs when someone ordeals hallucinations or visual disturbances extended after employing a hallucinogenic drug. These are generally often called "flashbacks" and can be mistaken for neurologic conditions.Up to now, a minimum of eleven named co-conspirators have already been arrested and jailed in
